context: the guy in the uniform is a chinese military police (in china there are the police, then military police, then the military. the military police are mostly ex-soldiers. they handle things that the police cant, that doesnt require the military.) anyway, the guy that got kicked said verbally harassed the kicker's gf. then the military police guy kicked him in the face for harassing his gf.
