It's a screen cap from "walking with monsters" or something like that. Actually a pretty legit program if you can check it out I recommend it. It's interesting because the premise behind the documentary(?) is that the main character is a time traveling zoologist or something so they actually travel back in time and jump in the water with megalodon or handle sea scorpions like in this shot.
