Maybe you're just trolling, but cats can totally move like this. My previous cat did this once a long time ago and I gave her treats for it because I thought it was hilarious, so she started doing it practically on command. My current cat also did it, so I rewarded him as well, and now he also does it on occasion for attention. It's still hilarious.

It's a natural reaction for frightened cats to turn side-on to whatever scared them, arch their backs, stand tall, and raise their fur in order to appear larger than they are. It's not uncommon to move like this in an attempt to look intimidating.

Yeah, I second what offwithyourtv said. My cats do this. They can definitely move like this when they get spooked. It's like they go into sensory overload and resort to fullblown retard instead. I've noticed it more in kittens than adults cats too...since they probably haven't learned how to control all their cat-like reflexes yet. Mine seemed to grow out of it, but I do have videos of two of them jumping around like that if you need further proof.

They're pretty muscular and acrobatic in most other respects though. I doubt they could walk that way for long, or if not reacting instinctively, but it really doesn't seem that unbelievable to me.

Actually my cat moves like this a lot. He does it whenever he tries to intimidate you and he locks himself into a position like that and charges at you at an angle since they cant move normally when they're like that.
