I'm not saying that re-hosting comics on imgur is the right thing to do. In fact, I think that one should always link the the original site. I was just pointing out that the original point you made was:

Imgur doesn't deserve the money for Cy&H's work.

Taladar pointed out that imgur does not, in fact, get any money when you link directly to the image (emphasis added):

To which you replied "Yes", implying that imgur somehow did get money from direct image links, which, by your own admission, they don't.

You're point doesn't fall in line with the original argument that Cy&H doesn't get anything from an imgur link.

That wasn't the point of this discussion. The point was whether or not imgur got ad revenue from direct image links, and they don't.
