Amazing game. The graphics won't even get outdated too much because of the style. One of the most underplayed games released (I suppose it is quite niche).

I really enjoyed Mirrors Edge. But the indoor levels really let the game down. You can get it for like $10, so why the hell not?

I'll say what no one else is saying. The game is worth the price it is now, but it wasn't worth the $60 I payed for it on day one. Mirror's Edge starts out AMAZING, but kinda devolves away from it's original intent. I'd still say get it, even if you're just supporting interesting game ideas.

This game is absolutely amazing. Definitely a must buy. I can't emphasize how fun this game is. Just beating it over and over for all the acheivements is immensely fun. I myself beat it 5 times I think. As a rental too.

God, yes. I must've clocked up about 30+ hours on it trying to perfect the numerous time trials. Such an exhilarating experience and there really is nothing like it, at least not at the time of launch. Just don't play it for the story, yeah?

I thought it was a fun game. There have been reviews that come down hard on the controls, but I had less trouble than on most 3D platformers. The graphics are great. Beautiful views and nice color schemes really set the tone for the game.

Be sure to install it on your system instead of playing straight off the disk. Load times ruined the flow when I played it on the disk.

Other than that, you'll never play anything like it, which makes it worth checking out.

I actually just started playing Mirror's Edge recently. It's a good game and certainly very unique but something with it just didn't click for me. I haven't necessarily walked away from the game forever but I've kinda lost interest for the moment. It's been thrown in my "I think I like it, I'm just not in the mood for that kind of game right now" pile along with Heavy Rain. Like most other people have said in here though, you can pick up the game at this point for 10-15 bucks. I'd recommend trying it out; it's not like it's a risky investment.

Interesting game, but really it quickly becomes repetative. run over rooftop. jump over red thing. walk along ledge. go through door, run from cops, escape, wash rinse repeat.
