Maybe it was parked between two normal cars (that were themselves parked crookedly) and those two cars drove away. Or maybe there were a bunch of motorcycles from a biker gang parked there and the biker gang has since departed. Maybe some kittens were scattered about, taking naps and playing with twine and the only open area to park was across the white dividing line. And maybe the kittens have since been adopted by a schoolbus full of orphan kids that passed by. Or maybe the driver just had to pee really really bad.
