That is Jonathan Ivey! That is his fight against Ken Shamrock.

He is btw the only person I know that had the balls to do a People's Elbow in an actual MMA match, so he has learned more moves from mainstream media then just the barrel roll.

Here you can see some wrestling moves executed in MMA, including Ivey's People's Elbow (last sequence).
