Male elephants in musth are pretty well known to go out of their way to gore the hell out of rhinos. As far as I know they're one of the few animals that can and will take out an adult rhinoceros.

It's not only that, their temporal glands swell up, putting pressure on their eyes as well. Some have suggested the pain would be something like a severe root abscess toothache.
