What is Digg?

It's a site similar to Reddit in terms of function and content. I don't know what it's like now, but about a year ago, the most popular things on Digg's front page were all items that had appeared on Reddit's front page the day before, mostly resubmitted by the so-called "power-users" who had a large following of other people to blindly upvote everything they submitted.
