  3. No personal information. This includes anything hosted on Facebook's servers, as they can be traced to the original account holder. Stalking & harassment will not be tolerated.

  4. No solicitation of votes (including "cake day" posts), posts with their sole purpose being to communicate with another redditor, or [FIXED] posts. DAE posts go in /r/DoesAnybodyElse. "Fixed" posts should be added as a comment to the original image.

              At first, I didn't get the hate for Jim Parsons. I didn't like The Big Bang Theory, and I hated his character because I thought he was trying too hard to act like a geek, but I figured it was just a character, and that the guy might actually be kinda funny/cool IRL.

              And then I saw him go on Conan O'Brien, and holy fuck, not only is he boring, but he tries too hard to be anything. I really do want to hear from his fans about why they find him funny, but honestly, I haven't found any. Even the two people I know who like The Big Bang Theory only like it for the jokes, but they hate his character as well.

                      Dead serious. Britta is one of my favorite characters*. I mean look, I get why the wet blanket character is never going to be the breakout star of the show, but Britta is an awesome character. Especially when she tries to be a sitcom character and is AWFUL at it (her attempted prank resulting in corpse abuse, her attempts at pop culture referencing ending in "rowboat cop"). For a show that plays with TV tropes so much, having someone who's just bad at being a TV character is great.

                      Plus she says bagel funny.

                      That being said, Jim Parsons as Sheldon can definitely stand up to Jeff or Pierce. After all, his is a rather creative performance, whereas Joel McHale and Chevy Chase tend to stick to their schtick of being smug and funny-because-they-aren't-funny assholes, respectively.

                          I recently saw Ted Danson in a Jeff Bridges film called "The Moguls" (I think it was called The Amateurs in the US) where he plays a in the closet buddy of Bridges character. Can't recommend it enough, the cast is brilliant, Bridges, Danson, Tim Blake Nelson, Joe Pantoliano, William Fichtner, Steven Weber and Lauren Graham.

                          They both only got the credit they truly deserve when they stepped out from behind the camera and into the spotlight. No body knew who Tina Fey was and how great her writing is until she started being in sketches on SNL. Same thing with Conan, he wrote for so many shows before he got his shot with his own show. Before that no one knew who Conan was, save for nerds like you and I. Well, me at least.

                            Aziz Ansari and Ed Helms both got there start in stand up comedy. Ty Burrell, Ted Danson, and NPH are comedic actors. There's a big difference.
