That's not necessarily stupid. The voice is a big part of protecting his identity from people who he interacts with as Batman and Bruce. Slipping up could have major consequences if he forgets, or thinks he is alone when he isn't. It makes sense that he would psychologically train himself to always use the voice when in the suit, so slip-ups aren't a possibility.
Sort of like how people who use guns (should) always treat the gun as loaded, even when they are absolutely sure it isn't.

Looks like I'm the only one whose eyes lit up after noticing Noomi Rapace. Shame she's placed at the very far corner of the picture, wearing such a camaflouged dress - she's barely noticeable.
Don't get me wrong, I've idolised Olivia Wilde for years, and I think Mila Kunis and Anne Hathaway are gorgeous...but I really fell in love with Noomi Rapace after watching the original film adaptation of the Millennium trilogy (The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo etc, for those who may not be aware). She has such a mysterious, natural beauty that is definitely underrated; not to mention she pulled off the character of Lisbeth Salander marvellously. Man she's awesome, I'm just glad she's in this picture despite not being noticed by the majority.
