This is a really boring picture that's only mildly wtf and represents an incredibly banal images folder and a very "meh" attempt to present something weird or fucked up.

It's equivalent to telling everyone a story about this time you farted at the store and no one else in line cared. And then you tried to tell the story to the people who tolerate you and no one cared there either except the junior member of the group who started slapping the table and laughing because you said the word "fart".
