I think so too. The shadow looks too two dimensional down near the bottom and the owls feathers don't seem to be affected at all by the present of the hat. It just looks two flat for it to be real. Very cute photoshop though.

Well, look again. The hat was photoshopped on. You can tell by the shadows around the inner edge.

edit: seriously, look at it closely. You can also tell from the outer edge around the bottom of the hat. It's not that hard to see.
