Fake. The spelling in the caption is a pathetic attempt to mimic the idiosyncratic speech of a particular subculture. The weird spelling mocked so much by "educated" whites online is much like 1337sp34k, and its obfuscation falls into recognizable patterns. The caption there has a few misspellings but they don't follow the phonetic structure of an ebonic dialect and are in the wrong place.

It looks to me like a picture that was taken completely out of context and given a fake caption to promote somebody's racist agenda.

If there was a book that I could force everyone to read, it would be "Last Chance in Texas." It is about the juvenile justice system but it also really opens your eyes to the different types of upbringing that produce different types of people. Kind of explains this picture is what I'm trying to say.

Also, I'm open to the possibility of the caption being faked, but still read that book.
