Oof, yeah the idea behind alcohol consumption is to lose yourself in the moment.

I remember one time me and my friends got on our bikes, each had a backpack with a bunch of roman candles in it. We rode around a park having a free-for-all Roman Candle fight. Ah, to be 13 again.

I think it's the equivalent of our parents playing with asbestos putty and lead paint. Looking back, we should all be dead, but somehow we're not.

Brilliant deduction. Getting shot in the face is not the same as getting shot in the eye, so blindness is unlikely. And, in my experience, getting shot by a roman candle does not cause scarring, as previously suggested.

I remember throwing one of those bottle rocket type firecrackers like this and having it SWOOSH by my head. Probably 2 inches or so. I was 9 at the time, haven't fucked with fireworks since.
