I once had a similar accident (ran into a fucking wall). I think my head touched my ass slightly. I had a terrible pain in my back for the next month, but otherwise I'm OK and physically very much fit. But then again, at the time I was 9 and probably more flexible than this guy.

I had a back injury when I was about 24 where I fell down the stairs and sledded the whole way down on my back. Out of commission for a year. I am now almost 31 and to this day, all it takes is one wrong move or twist and it tweaks for a week or so. Back injuries are forever, and they suck.
