You're getting downvoted for HIMYM, not Curb. Curb is fantastic, not as good as Arrested Development IMO, but still fantastic. HIMYM is just another mediocre US sitcom though, it's inoffensive, lowest common denominator. I actually have watched it from the start, and will continue to do so, but I know what I'm getting into. It's one of those shows which you watch with your eyes glazed over, mildly smirking here and there, with an occasional laugh. When you actually sit down and think about it, it's very dull.
