Actually it's not at all uncommon for animators to hide silly, non-child safe jokes in their cartoons. It's often a way to entertain parents with a joke that goes over children's heads, but the seedier side of the coin finds subversive animators who add truly objectionable content.
I wouldn't be terribly surprised to find that the still of "Hot Rape" was authentic, considering the other well known instances of such additions like the nude woman in The Rescuers.

It also sucks to see the front page inundated with old lame crap that I assumed most people would have seen before.
