Surely the one with real balls is the person with their phone out, filming it

The cameraman is always the one with the real balls

That's a risky move. I prefer this kid's method.

Lets hear some good cheating stories:

During an upper level engineering class, the student sitting next to me got his exam and simply sat there reading the test for 15 minutes. He then gets up for a bathroom break and doesn't come back for 2 hours. Upon return he begins scribbling furiously over the entire exam. I never turned him in because he not only memorized the entire exam, he memorized every answer... and the answers were extremely complex. I assume he had this cheating system worked out (possibly with a group of friends) and basically got a degree with honors simply because he had a photographic memory.

Why would an upper level class allow someone to leave, mid-test for 2 hours then come back and finish?

In highschool my friends and I created our own alphabet. It was just a different symbol for each letter that we could use to write notes others couldn't understand. Our school had several classrooms which didn't belong to any particular teacher, and were simply shared throughout the day, and we had a class in one with a teacher that never bothered to erase what was on the board before class. So for the final exam I just wrote all of my notes on the board during lunch break (which conveniently right before our class). It worked perfectly, she didn't erase the board and never suspected a thing.

I'm sorry but you really should've turned him in, especially when it's for an engineering course. We don't need more shitty engineers in this world.

I have a lot more respect for this scheme than all the girls who traded social interaction for grades. I know of only 1 girl (of maybe 10 in my graduating class) who wasn't consistently stealing homework and projects. None of them ever got in trouble.

Now that I'm in a position to hire, I would definitely consider the guy with a photographic memory and the organization skills to set up that plan.

If someone can film or take a picture of it, then the cheaters are not that slick, and either the teacher/professor doesn't care or is not there. I call staged
