It's in large part because of the bums who deliberately wait until the bus is about to take off to run and THEN run to try to catch it, or wait until the driver's about to let people on to get up from their seat and get off the bus, because they get off on holding everyone up.

So since no one is even attempting to explain this, even when asked, I am going to try.

  • one guy flags down bus

  • next guy gets on first

  • first guy lets second guy jump on his back and they leave, bus takes off

  • third guy flags down bus before it leaves, gets on

  • fourth guy gives third guy piggy back off bus, bus leaves
