Ugh this annoys me to no end. The worst is with conference room screens. One of the biggest conference rooms at my work place has a very large LCD screen. When it is turned off it looks like people fucking put it on the floor and played a solid game of Twister. Prints and smudges cover it from end to end... and I have absolutely no idea how they got there or why anyone would touch the screen to begin with.
