Most hamster tubes have little air holes, and the seams aren't watertight.

But with all that money, you could probably buy the tools and materials yourself, or at least have something commissioned.

It's also really bad for your fish. The water flow in there would be terrible, so each little bubble would get really dirty.

The water flow in there would be terrible

Put the aerator in the bottom left bubble. Bubbles will rise to the top left bubble creating an updraft current which will cause a suction effect on the other bubbles. Water will flow clock-wise.
