As soon as I saw this image my heart rate increased and my breathing became more rapid.

The thought of my arms being trapped by my side so that I can't pull it off. It's completely dark and theres not much air. I try to wriggle out. With all the writhing it starts to get warm, I kick my legs to try and work it loose - it just gets hotter. I start to panic. I yell, but it's muffled by the pillow. I start to breath fast but no air is getting in. The pillow is stuffed in my mouth. It's nearly impossible to breath. I can't get a purchase on the pillow. My mind races but I can't think straight. I start to feel dizzy. Oh God I'm going to die here. I'm going to suffocate. I gasp for air. Short breaths. The air feels like knives. Why did I get into this thing?

I found bulk stuffing here for around $6/lb shipped. 35 pounds of stuffing came to $145 and shipping was $55. Probably a viable alternative if you can find a local supplier. Anyone know where to find one?

It is a sleeping bag, sort of, and not a pillow. I purchased one for my niece as a christmas present, and she loves it. Of course all of the kids fight to sleep in it, so it isn't perfect, but that is a good sort of not perfect ;)
