It's all fun and games until someone chokes to death on a bouncy ball.

Then again, if the Heimlich maneuver launched the bouncy ball out of that person's throat, and it bounced all over the place, and people chased it around trying to catch it, then it would be fun and games again.

When i was young my father used to sell his bee's honey at a local farmers market. I loved to tag along and wander around while he worked the booth. They had a gumball machine there that took pennies so i ran back to my dad and got a couple. I was so excited when i got the gumball i didn't realize it was a MARBLE and nearly cracked my tooth. thanks for helping me remember this story.

Funny story. There was one of these at my local ski club, only it had a game element to it. If you got the gumball to fall into the right hole along a pegged track, you'd get a bouncy ball with it.

Well the one time I won the bouncy ball, both of them came out at the same time, and I bit into the bouncy ball while simultaneously throwing the gumball at the ground.

Nope. You have to take it seriously. Put bouncy balls, gumballs, and jawbreakers all in the same machine, all with a sold color. I almost broke my jaw on a jawbreaker because I thought they were gumballs D:

When I read "gum ball roulette" I imagined a game where you take a bunch of identical gumballs, but you fill one of them with lemon juice and throw it in with the others. Then you and a bunch of friends each take one and bite down at the same time.
