it's more like 5 times in the last 1 month. but thrice in the last 6 months with the 'jumps' changed to 'jumped'. but wait, that makes sense. for the last year or so everybody was saying the fox 'jumps'. and suddenly someone clearly realized he should use past tense because the fox has already jumped over the dog so many times
