Let me just clarify one thing... not all religions are creationist or deny science. I personally don't like religions but i do think they serve a good purpose. I think people shouldn't jump to conclusion and condemm all religions and wackos out there. Just think we should be fair and not behave the same way the wacos religious around the world behave. The hivemind of reddit can be quite fanatic about their science beliefs. Science itself is at it's infancy and many things that scientist believe to be right today, tomorrow will be wrong. So take science as progress towards understanding but not always as concrete facts. Not to say you shouldn't use the information we have in science but just be open to a new view of how it works.
