I was expecting it to be the shot from the end of the film, where there is a quick flash of a skull superimposed over his face. It looks to be the same or similar shot without that, which I think makes it even more creepy.

This reminds me of a bar in San Francisco. I believe it was at the Cliff Hotel/Redroom bar. The pictures are all over the bar and look just like paintings, until one of them moves randomly. It is really a nice place to check out.
