The word 'also' is repeated, the use of the apostrophe is incorrect, ginger is not a proper noun (and should therefore be written without a capital letter), and 'should' was written in place of 'will' *.

Yeah, I had fried chicken in New York. They killed that poor animal twice. Once to sell it to some cook, the next time when the cook deep-fried it into something which, -literally- jumped 5 feet away from my table as I tried to cut it.

Oh yeah man, I love me some buffalo wings. I'm pretty much a fan of chicken in all it's forms. I'm just saying don't give up on all fried chicken because you encountered an inferior specimen. If it is done right, frying chicken leaves the meat incredibly moist by sealing in the juices and encapsulates all that goodness in a light, delicate flavorful crust.

Chicken is cheap meat and thats why black people like it. For centuries the black people in America have not been as privileged as a whole. As for soul food...Collard greens, chitterlings, pig's feet..You know...Some soul food goes back to West African cuisine. Much of it also has to do with what slave owners gave their slaves. They'd give them the left over scraps that they didn't want. The pig's feet for example. I date a black man, and had my first plate of soul food from his mama a few months ago. A little BBQ sauce, pig's feet ain't that bad. I wrote this for everyone talking about watermelon and chicken. Good day.

not sure why your were down voted. here is an upboat. Anyway, the chicken thing comes from the historical lack of available dining establishments that catered to blacks. Portability is the primary reason blacks are linked to chicken, fried chicken is easier to eat on the go than say chitterlings and tripe, which is a substantially cheaper meat than chicken. Compared to beef and pork, chicken is more expensive. This can be seen by comparing chicken and beef pricing at fast food restaurants.
