Why should I think about it? If I was homeless I would bust my ass and I wouldn't be homeless long.

You know, it could be worse, they could live in a country where there is zero opportunity and you get bombed and raped all day by warlords, kids are brain washed into fighting, your parents are probably dead, and gang rape is normal, there is no medicine to cure those dying around you, and if you are hungry nine times out of ten you better just eat a handful of dirt. I have no sympathy for most homeless, who aren't vets, who aren't disabled to the point they can't work, they are lazy scamming fucks who actually probably have apartments or houses and are making 20+ dollars an hour being leeches. Meanwhile immigrants come to this country and work their fucking asses off. Lots of youths, (although it seems like less everyday), bust their asses to get through college and work multiple jobs, (especially those with real majors), other youths are kicked out of their homes by asshole/druggie parents, (like my father), who worked three jobs was dumb enough to knock up my mom, sucked it up and went to college while still working, was horribly hurt at work, and further hurt in following surgeries to the point he cant function without pills, periodic injections, and physical therapy, (and no hope of getting it fixed), and came out on the other end with a successful marriage and three boys, now men, who have stayed out of trouble, two of which are now serving their country and are in a position to be grandfathered into great jobs, and the other to soon be joining, and hoping to be get into civilian law enforcement. Yeah it could be a lot worse than being "homeless" in America, where you don't work for your money its handed to you, you get to shrug off all societal responsibility, and there are safe haven cities, like San Francisco, that bend over backwards to accommodate you.

Note: No shit that some homeless are vets that couldn't cope with the horror they saw after serving our county and getting their strings pulled by our politicians, that some are ordinary people who became disabled and with several other bad timed events lost everything and the homeless thing is temporary, and that some kids are never given the right amount affection/care with their mental disabilities, and are left by their "parents" to rot. But if I see another perfectly able twenty year old holding a sign, I am, well I am going to do nothing, because I am not going to change that loser. I am going to go on with my life knowing that I am extremely lucky with my lot in life, and every time I don't take an opportunity, or try the best for myself is an offense to myself and to all of those that never get these chances.
