Well, we're in /r/wtf and nsfl is like the big brother of nsfw, so that alone should have given you a hint in the whole "is it save for work?" area. Also I suggest you actually read the headlines before you click them.

Reddit has built in filters that look for NSFW. If it finds it, it handles it differently (like hiding thumbnails iirc). For people that have very strict work places it's very helpful.

I second what _JustinCase said in response to this comment. She would not be able to simply take steroids and then suddenly muscles; getting to the point where you are that buff takes time, dedication, and sacrifice. She has an extremely low body fat % (it looks to be equivalent to 6-8% in males) that is very difficult for females to achieve.
