There's a TV show in Lithuania similar to american (?) show Cops.

They saw him drunk in some restaurant, and as he did not drive yet, they just asked him not to drive.

He of course finished his drinking a got in to car, but police was waiting for him and started pursuing. you saw how it finished.

This guy...I had a chance to encounter him, and he owned me. When I was 13, I used to wear fucked up clothes. At the same time, he made a meeting in my hometown.
