The website http://errorlevelanalysis.com wouldn't do it for me (the file's too big), so here is the matlab code I used.

Note firstly that the absolute intensity is up to the scale value used. Secondly, on both images the text is darker on the sign. Its darker because it compresses more easily - but in ELA terms that is suppose to be brighter because it has been added to the image (and should therefore change more).
