Seems like a bluefox (direct, Norwegian translation - no idea what it's called in English) - which is a variant of the Arctic Fox that lives in areas that commonly has less snow, and due to spontaneous mutation that makes their fur darker (dark blue) to provide better camouflage.

Fun fact: It's one of the few subspecies of foxes that are more "friendly" towards humans and are able to suppress their instincts.

Sad fact: Their fur is very highly sought after and many are hunted or put in fur pens.
