Oh, no. I saw it. I just think you're wrong in trying to distinguish the two. I've worked at high end 75 dollars a plate establishments, and both IHOP and Dennys. Customers were the same both places. The lingo is the same. You deal with the same issues. I would argue that working at a top dollar establishment is arguably easier as you have more help.

I rock at waiting tables. I love it. I have degrees - but I make more money waiting tables then I would in most office jobs. And I can say with all sincerity that on most given nights, I took home roughly the same working at both places. My point? It's unfair to label one worker something, who is doing the exact same job as someone else, and label the other person a better label, just because you hold them in higher esteem.
