No, if we assume that the average is 3,8 inches and we are approx 3,5 billion males that is 13,300,000,000 inches of dick.

Now for one person to make it 5,4 inches he would need to have 5,600,000,000 inches of dick to make it 18,900,000,000 total dick in the world.

So that's 142240 KM of dick.

Also I did not take in to account that not all men are grown up and when I think about it it is very much off.

I guess I will never be able to do penis math.
