Doubtful, but I have to speculate a little. I'll assume for this purpose that there was actually some damage to the equipment.

It doesn't seem like she intentionally damaged anything. She probably didn't negligently do it either--she's in a competition in which she's expected to swing herself all over those bars in the most awesome manner possible. She did exactly that, and presumably she's practiced this dismount several trillion times.

If she'd damaged a lot of equipment in her practices, then maybe she could have some liability, because she could have reasonably expected damage to the equipment when she did it at this competition. However, I think you could say that a bar that's designed for a person to swing on it shouldn't be reasonably expected to break when someone swings on it.

And there are also assumption of risk and comparative fault arguments against the owners of the bar as well.
