I'm going to speculate that she tweeted that comment before a routine exam as a joke. No female I know would wear white pants to an abortion.

edit. Now I'm calling bullshit on the whole situation:

Exhibit A Her first tweet ever appears to have gone viral already and has been posted in /r/rage and /r/niggers. It seems like the aim of opening the Twitter account was to tweet that very message and then to follow up as necessary with subsequent tweets to help spur outrage.

Exhibit B She's following just those two people. No friends, no other pop stars or socialites. And the only people tweeting to her are either haters or supporters. I bet if you spend enough time on /b/ tonight you'll see it mentioned for the lulz. This all goes to prove one thing...
