I don't know... Rohl Dahl used his silly words in multiple stories and gave them different meanings. For instance, the, Vermicious Knids in Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator were aliens in space, but the same name was given to creatures in the woods of England in The Minpins.

Even if snozzberries meant penises, this world was built by and for Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas. Maybe the products were for the kids, but this was Wonka's world. Maybe that wall was built for his happiness.

Interesting, but that doesn't seem like proof to me. There are a lot of slang words for people's junk that are also foods like: frank n beans, taco, grapes, huevos... Just calling someone's dick his "snozzberry" doesn't mean that a snozzberry literally is a penis.
