He's standing at the Griffith Observatory, and if you notice about mid-way up his chest, one of the mirrors is reflecting the mountain with the Hollywood Sign. Pretty awesome.

It's surprising how well he blends into his surroundings even though the reflection is of what's in front rather than behind. If tech got to the point the panels could show a high-resolution view of what was going on behind him he'd be close to invisible.
