You don't know for sure, but if you look at his posts, he has one thats a comment on a post that got no karma and was a repost, by a profile with only a couple posts and comments on other profiles with almost no posts and no link/comment karma.

its not like...definite, but you can make a pretty fair assumption, especially since his comment on his other profile's post got negative karma for just saying "great post!"
