It is certainly shopped. Especially noticeable around where the leaves border the Bill and the way he's holding it. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he does smoke or at least support legalization. No matter to me though, just looks nice. I'm fairly sure I've seen it here a thousand times with little exaggeration but still nice.
