The real question is not what the fuck although that may be one's first reaction. The real question is what is the most disturbing part of this photograph? The safety goggles? The saggy nipslip? The questionable menstruation/kool-aid stain? The shrunken head (doll head?)? The mustachioed woman? The phallic object the man seems to be stabbing himself in the cock with? No. Personally it's the misplaced lime green umbrella that sets it off for me. So out of place. It's like a sick NSFW I Spy book and the umbrella is a red herring preventing me from focusing on anything else.
