Im going to assume that she is workign through some significant weight loss. i dont see any stretch marks etc etc... You can lose the bulk of your weight often much faster than the skin can retract. Its quite frequent for someone to need to have surgery to remove excess skin after significant weight loss. For her sake i hope this is the case and shes on her way to getting her life back.
