RollThatShit as in a blunt. Bieber was recently caught smoking weed or something and some people decided to (as a prank) post pictures of self-cutting to pressure Bieber to stop smoking weed. So Zach Braff is saying that a true fan would help Bieber smoke weed instead of pressuring him to stop.
