Tho it's not strictly the same scene the one from the .gif was one in this program: El hombre y la tierra. It's from spanish TV and it was the best program. It was a national "tragedy" when the producer/narrator lost his life during the recording of an episode.

And yep, it's a Golden Eagle, only spanish, not canadian.
