Not in this case. I came of age in the cassette era, and I'm familiar with all the different kinds. The cassette in the photo is a standard-size one. You can tell partly from the size of the lettering visible on it. If I dug around enough, I might even come up with a specific brand, as it looks familiar to me. In any case, I'm very certain that it's not a mini or micro cassette, both of which are shaped somewhat differenty in all three dimensions (especially, the smaller ones are thicker by proportion to their lateral dimensions), and have comparatively larger spindle holes for their size.

No, I'm sorry, this impressive gentleman has indeed managed -- I'm sure not without some difficulty -- to insert one end of a standard cassette into the loose overflap of his foreskin.

What remains is, why? My own guess is that he's always had an unusually flexible foreskin, and found an object to demonstrate that; that is, the fact of it being a cassette is not relevant, it just happened to be of appropriate dimension. He probably thought it was funny.
