    There is no Orwellian line being approached here. This is not a nanny state thing either. No one is talking about making laws to outlaw this. They are saying he shouldn't do it because it is unsafe and promotes unsafe behavior. That is a moral argument.

    There's a big difference between denouncing something as incredibly stupid, and stating that we should outlaw stupid things. This guy's on-camera shtick involves nearly dying/getting seriously injured. And on a lesser note, stating that people 'don't need ear protection' when shooting outdoors. (eeeeeeeeeeee) So if he says stupid things, or does stupid things, people will denounce it - which is good, because I don't want new people to get into guns and think they can shoot without ear pro and not go deaf as fuck. But I have yet to see anyone advocate making all this stupid illegal here. One can't make laws against stupid, but one can decry it.

        Skydivers take individual risks. Kyle alone pulls that trigger. That is the only difference it takes.

            Check the wiki, and look at your own laws in your state. Tannerite, before it's mixed, is perfectly legal. After it's mixed it's still legal, you just can't transport it. So mix it, then use it, and if you have any left over, use that too or get in trouble.

            Edit: I have friends that make their own, they like playing with the recipe to change how the explosive acts... make it slower burning, more concussive, etc etc.

                  I think this proves it's fake. The shrapnel from the full speed doesn't seem to shoot out in the slow motion.

                  ...or they film him shooting, and then film the truck exploding. Overlaying it gets this effect.

                  Almost all his explosion videos are this dangerously close, and people just watch to see him nearly get hit. Makes perfect sense to fake near-hits... I would.

                  If they're gonna fake it, they're going to try to make it believable. Some dialog only makes it better. They're entertaining and good at getting views, it makes sense.
