That is a EOD suit and most EOD techs are navy if not all.

Not true i am an active duty Marine EOD tech. All four services attend navscoleod at eglin afb fl. The Army has the most techs Navy second USAF third most and USMC the least.The tech is wearing a medeng series 8 bombsuit. With no definitive unit watermark on the film i myself wouldnt validate this as any particular service without proof. Clearly an EOD tech service undefined .
