I've seen them at the Angola Prison Rodeo a couple times. The first time I fell off my bench I was laughing so hard. As if I wasn't already in bizarro world watching prisoners get trampled by bulls as thousands of fat people cheered them on, here come these dogs with monkeys strapped to their back to round up some goats on the back of a truck. It's horrible and awesome at the same time. Those poor monkeys take a beating as they violently rock back and forth, but it is comical as it's rather surreal.
