To me the one in the upper right is still kinda scary.

But the one in the upper left is scarier still. My mind even made up a little story about him as The Terrible Joke fish. Which, oddly enough, I always hear in the voice of Eric Idle.

It's a legendary fish you see? The terror of the seas. Few men have ever encountered this denizen of the deep and lived to tell the tale. I say few men because of no one ever survived then who would tell the tale? Ah, didn't think of that one did you? Anyways off with the tale.

Now most monsters attack at night. Usually against the backdrop of a full moon. Everyone knows this so that's what they expect. But not that pugnacious punster. Oh, no. It attacks during the day. Right in the middle of the day, usually around lunch. Why? I suppose that's when it gets hungry. I mean I get hungry in the middle of the day so why not a fish?

Where was I? Oh yeah, you see at that time everyone is taking a break and maybe having a biscuit or two before they go back to work. That's when the attack happens.

So there you are having a biscuit and chatting with mates on the dock or near the side of the ship when you hear this whisper. It's not really a whisper just the sound of someone wanting a bit of your attention. You look down and there you see it, the Joke fish. And that's when the attack starts.

I dare not repeat exactly what I've heard but they say that starts off on the worst, most inane jokes you've ever heard. Maddening things with the most nasally and sniveling voice. So horrible and mind numbing are these jokes that you jump o'er the side and into the water trying to get away, never to be seen or heard from again.
